What’s holding you back?

I often ask “What’s holding you back?”…. and time and time again I get the same excuses. 2 of the top excuses I get are “time” and “money”, and they’re just that, excuses. You. Yeah you. You’re the only person holding yourself back from everything you’ve ever wanted. We all have the same 24 hours everyday. Time is no excuse. Time management and productive schedules are something we can work on together. Money, same excuse. If you want something bad enough, you’ll find a way. Find the money, negotiate a payment plan, or sacrifice something. If you want it, make it happen. But honestly, I think what’s holding you back is fear. You’re afraid of being judged, afraid of making lifestyle changes, afraid of being outside your comfort zone. That fear is a made up emotion that only exists in your head. It’s not real. Believe in yourself! Overcome the fears, and get outside that comfort zone. You might not believe in yourself right now, but given a few weeks, I’ll make you believe. We only get 1 life, start living it like it matters.
